How it all started…

Following architectural studies, I transitioned to Interior Design, resulting in harmonious exteriors and interiors.  An Interior Designer, as well as a building contractor, for 40 years, I have worked with clients throughout the United States, combining the different style of each area with appropriate design principles.  
My strengths include scale, balance, form, and function, as well as color and quality.  I emphasize the client's personality and preferences, so that the result reflects them, not me. The satisfaction of my clients is paramount to me.

What should clients expect from Burnett Interiors? Lots of service, and an honest opinion about your project. 

My favorite global design influence is European, especially 18th-century Italian. Every time I visit Italy, especially Rome, I leave with a renewed appreciation for the art and culture.

Design rules I like to follow- Balance, form, function and scale. If you accomplish these four principles, you have succeeded from a design point of view.
